Do you ship to Canada?
When placing an order for shipment to Canada Simply send an email to us and we will send an invoice to you within 24hrs. Shipping charges will apply rates will vary but we will search for the most cost effective methods available to our customers.
What method of shipping do you use?
Most orders are shipped UPS ground. When your order is shipped using this method we will email you the tracking number so you may be able to track your order. On occasion your order my be sent via USPS. If this method is used you will be notified via email. While shipping is currently free to all customers methods are soley determined by the company. Special request may be honored but certian fees may apply.
Is international shipping available?
Yes We will ship world-wide. Simply submit order request to email@example.com. An invoice with shipping charges will be sent back to you within 24hrs. If multiple shipping methods are available we will use the most cost effective one unless otherwise instructed by the costomer.
What about discontinued, out of stock, or back ordered items?
In the rare instance you should place an order for a product that is unavailable. You will be given a choice of the following options:

2. If on back order you will be given an eta date. At that time you will be able to choose whether or not to wait for the item to be restocked.
3. You may substitute for an item of equal value.
